Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by User

2. Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges may apply based on:
- Time of cancellation before travel
- Vendor-specific policies
- Nature of booking (custom vs standard)
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless stated otherwise
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be provided for:
- Last-minute cancellations
- No-shows
- Non-refundable bookings
- Visa rejections (unless specified)
5. Cancellation by One Moment LLP
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to:

- Vendor cancellations
- Unforeseen circumstances

- Full or partial refunds may be provided
- Alternative options may be offered

We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by:
