Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges may apply based on:

  • Vendor-specific policies
  • Nature of booking (custom vs standard)
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless stated otherwise

Refunds may not be provided for:

  • Last-minute cancellations
  • No-shows
  • Non-refundable bookings
  • Visa rejections (unless specified)

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to:

  • Operational issues
  • Vendor cancellations
  • Unforeseen circumstances

In such cases:

  • Full or partial refunds may be provided
  • Alternative options may be offered

We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Strikes or unforeseen events
